This is Anne Saunders writing to remind everyone attending NERFA in November, 
that's Nov 12, 13 and 14 at Kutsher's Resort in Monticello NY, that the 
program book deadline for the conference is tomorrow, this weekend at the very 
latest. Howard Randall and myself are coordinating the exhibit hall again this 
year. Sooo, if you are planning to have a table in the exhibit hall and have not 
already sent in your application, please contact the NERFA office ASAP and 
also send me a quick reply and let me know. 

We are planning 100 tables total this year. You will certainly be able to 
register and probably arrange a table right up to the day of the conference as 
per usual but if a listing in the program book is desirable, the main NERFA ofc 
needs your info no later than this weekend to make sure it gets in. It's very 
possible we will run out of table space but we will make every effort to fit 
you in. Sharing a table with one other person/org is allowed.

It's not absolutely essential to have a listing in the program book of 
course. You will still receive plenty of positive exposure without it but if you 
would like your table listed, please call NERFA at 215 546-7766. You can Email or 
call me if you have any questions on the exhibit hall, 860 364-2138. I am out 
of the office, leaving shortly for the OCFF conference in Ontario, will be 
back Monday Oct 18. As of today, Thursday Oct 14 there are just a few table 
spaces still available. And now onto one other item, the main office asked me to 
also include the names of this year's Formal Showcase Artists, see below.
