RiverHouse Concert Calendar
Following is the remainder of the RiverHouse Concerts for 2004. The date,
location and times for each concert are listed below with each specific show.
Concert admission for each show is $10/person with children 12 and under free.
The September and October concerts will take place in conjunction with the
Recreational Farm events at York Hill Orchard and Farm at 1583 Ridge Road,
Shenandoah Junction, WV. The November concert will take place at 4806
Porterstown Road, Keedysville, MD. For more information, contact Cheryl

Lissa Schneckenburger

This innovative New England fiddler, folk singer and graduate of The New
England Conservatory of Music in Boston has played
all over the world as a fiddler and vocalist, including appearances in Russia,
Holland, Belgium, Denmark, Canada, and the US.
She's released four albums and has opened for artists such as Alasdair Fraser,
Skyedance, and Judy Collins. Her music has been
reviewed in every major folk publication in the US, aired on NPR's Thistle &
Shamrock, and featured in countless radio broadcasts including
"Bound For Glory." Her television appearances include the PBS specials "A
Taste of Chanukah" and "A Taste of Passover."
As well as having a blossoming solo career, Lissa is one of the founding
members of the acoustic fiddle band, Halali,
from Boston; and the whirlwind contradance ensembles Phantom Power and Spin.
