"My big thing: I don't care so much for whom you vote as long as you do 
vote."  I understand the sentiment, but I sometimes worry that voting for the sake 
of voting can lead to many problems.  Often people get confused by party 
lines, or get confused by voting for someone because someone else is voting for 
that person.  I am willing to say, though, that people who can't be "bothered" by 
voting (please read that as being "too lazy") should not have any say in what 
comes out of an election.
