Lyndon Johnson ran against Barry Goldwater painting Goldwater as pro-war, 
but when Johnson got in, he escalated the Vietnam war big time.  I think the 
comment about Obama was simply an acknowledgment that presidents can get us 
into wars even if that wasn't their original intention.  A lot of people 
believe that once she gets in, Hillary will not be able or willing to really 
get us out of Iraq.
