The first 10 copies were mailed this morning and there are just under 20 
requests pending. My goal is to have those mailed by 11/15/07. For those of 
you who still want them, feel free to keep the requests coming in. I haven't 
put a deadline on these. I 'm just processing them in the order I receive 
them.  Based on the first batch, $4.00 will cover the envelope, the postage 
and the cds for anywhere in the U.S. and $7.00 covers international 
locations. I've only had one of those that's been mailed so far, and that 
was to Austrailia.

It's actually been fun so far. I've gotten a lot of nice compliments. A few 
of you have mentioned donating to charities. I'll leave the ball in your 
court on that one. I think it's more effective if you are involved in or 
contributing to something that matters to you personally.
