it seems that Dar has added this little river town, famous for the
prison Sing Sing to her list of schools that she visited with Amalee
and Camera Lights Amalee...Dar was there on friday and spent the
afternoon with three classes of middle school kids.... She had great
fun and they had even more...even though there was ONE boy who didnt
believe he was a girl...

the opening act was the schools "give me the Mic" program, HS kids who
sang and played guitar and drums....each kid turn a turn at performing
with their vocal coach/teacher on piano.. I found them charming and
sweet and talented

we learned the sea

it was nice to hear some new dar stories and to see Dar after a long
absence of not seeing her since december... she was a hiliarious as
usual and a high school stage in westchester county is really one of
the best places for her, she shines like the Babysitter did as the
unicorn...

it was also nice to see her well coiffed parents in the audience...

Friday some of us were up in peekskill at see the acoustic quartet in
peekskill with Dar's pal ... Mary Chapin Carpenter...
Dont miss this special show..... ms carpenter is pulling out the stops
on this tour....
ill see her a few more time ......
