Aw heck, folks who drive gas guzzlers in the sovereign states around the 
Persian Gulf are paying an average of 90 cents, that's right, cents, per 
gallon.  And in beautiful downtown Baghdad, the pump price is, believe it or 
not, only 50 cents per gallon, due to some ill-founded subsidy by the gov't 
there.  No wonder a certain country is attempting to straighten things out 
over there.  Last one over there is a Republican!
