[dar-list] Dar at Joe's Pub, NYC -- setlist

Hi, dar-list.  

Dar played a great solo set at Joe's Pub this weekend in New York City -- it was a co-bill with
three other artists (The Ditty Bops, Francesca Ancarola, and Sonya Kitchell), and Dar played last.
 Her set:

1. Spring Street
2. The Babysitter's Here
3. The Easy Way [NEW!]
4. Mercy of the Fallen

First of all, she looked adorable -- she was wearing awesome knee-high black boots, dark grey
leggings, and a purple babydoll-type dress.  She said: "I was trying to imagine what they would
pick as Parker Posey's costume if she were playing Arielle in the Tempest."  :-)

The new song is really, really beautiful -- it was the first time she'd played it out, and she was
really nervous, but it sounded fantastic.  She said, about messing up the first time you play a
song in public: "Maybe it's got the sparkle of newness.  Or maybe you're just shitting yourself." 


Anyway, she was in great voice and I was psyched, psyched, psyched about the new material. 
Everybody start requesting "The Easy Way"!
