Sum Yung Guy used to be the NYPD spokesperson before Fu Ling Yu.  I actually 
once met Fu Ling Yu at a law enforcement convention.  His brother Fu Kang Yu 
is a member of the bomb squad.  In order not to be confused with his brother 
Fu Ling, he goes simply by, "F. Yu."
