Yes, you can do it with the Mailman software.  Follow the link at the
bottom of the message (I have turned it back on for a bit) and there
is a button to Unsubscribe or change settings.  You will need a
password to change your settings - if you didn't set one yourself,
click another button and the software will mail it to you.  Once you
have your password you can change your address, name and lots of other
fun stuff.
