I am sure that the author of that article would be tickled that some
of Dar's listeners took the ironic joke s e r i o u s l y  -- we are,
after all, supposed to be so  s e r i o u s. :)

If, by the way, anyone thinks that the standards can't be fresh, sad,
funny, relevant, brilliant and life changing - look up Susannah
McCorkle, sadly defenstrated but forever loved.

Thanks to the members who posted the link for leaving - I made a
cosmetic decision when the list was ported and we don't append the
basic links to each individual message.  I think I'll put on my clever
hat and turn that on once a week.

A more systemic problem (including with the recent departees) is that
people join the list with one address, then change to some different
form of address or start forwarding everything to another service etc,
then try to leave using the new address.  Software never hoidaya.
That usually takes manual intervention, so let me know.
