Last month, I bought a book called "250 Ways To Make America Better: Great  
Ideas On How We Can Improve Our Country", compiled by Carolyn Mackler. All 
sorts  of great people are in there. I started reading it yesterday, and you can  
imagine my surprise when I saw #20. DAR WILLIAMS, singer-songwriter. I was  
floored. 
 
I wont write her idea, its a few pages, but the main theme of it is that we  
need to lose our TV's and get out and experience nature. Throw our Tv's away,  
and just go over a friends houe if you NEED to see a certain show. I was very 
 intrigued.
 
Some other great ones were Dennis Leary, Pete Seeger, Al Franken, and a  
great cartoon from Hilary B. Price of a woman peeking out her window, checking  
her social climate thermometer, which reads conservative, so "she begrudgingly  
went inside to shave her legs".
 
Buy this book! And see Running With Scissors- Annette Bening, Joseph  
Fiennes, and Gwenyth Paltrow deserve Oscars.
