[dar-list] Sharon G and the list

Sharon G's great "update" of the girls in The Christians and the Pagans was fun and poignant.  Who knew, years ago, that life would turn out so well for the pair?  In many ways we've all learned a lot about acceptance and love in those years since Dar gave us an example in her song.  (Well, the courts helped, of course, with the Republicans kicking and screaming the whole time.)
 
Besides praising Dar let's all appreciate Sharon.  I'm just a longtime observer--and mostly nonparticipant--on the list, but it seems to me that Sharon's constant example of humanity has been another great guideline in how to live.  --Russ Evans
