The best way to avoid Seasonal Affect is to wake up with the sunrise
and spend plenty of time outside.  Your body will get in touch with
the short days and take care of you.  The biggest risk comes when you
spend the whole day in darkened indoor spaces.  It's so easy to do in
an office job.  The second best way to avoid it is to put a halogen
lamp and a picture of Tahiti over your computer screen, and stare at
it while you think of ridiculous emails at night. :)
